Chelsea was a lifelong resident of Rhea County. She attended Sale Creek Church of God and was in the 9th grade at Rhea County High School. She was outgoing and had a lot of friends. She is preceded in death by her grandfather, Mickey Gunter Sr.; and uncles, Tracy Gunter and Terry Gravett. She is survived by her father, Sean Gunter of Dayton, Tn.; mother, Shannon Turner of Cleveland, Tn.; step-mother, Dorie Gunter of Dayton, Tn.; step-father, Jason Turner of Cleveland, Tn.; grandparents, Carolyn Gunter of Dayton, Tn., Kaye and William Garrett of Mercersburg, Pa.; sisters, Richelle Egolf of Mercersburg, Pa., Jayden Garrett of Cleveland, Tn.; brothers, Trevor Gunter of Dayton, Tn., Brayden Garrett of Cleveland, Tn.; step-sister, Gwen Turner and step-brother Logan Turner, both of Dayton, Tn.; and several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.  The service will be held Saturday, April 6, at 2 p.m. in the chapel of Coulter Garrison Funeral Home with Bro. Jay McMillon and Rev. Bobby Harris officiating. Interment will follow at Brown Cemetery. Family will receive friends Friday, April 5, from 5-9 p.m. ...
